Cecelia Adams – Owner
Cecelia owns and operates RSI Title. She has over 20 years of experience in the title industry and has conducted thousands of real estate closings in Maryland and the District of Columbia. Cecelia is a certified instructor with the Academy of Real Estate and the Maryland Land Title Association where she teaches continuing education classes to real estate agents. Prior to working in the title industry, Cecelia was a senior lobbyist with the United States Chamber of Commerce and served as a spokesperson appearing on CNN and C-Span. Recently Cecelia made several appearances as a title expert on Homes Today on Fox 5 Plus with Audrey Forshey. After graduating from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, Cecelia worked as a tax attorney with Deloitte and later as a Congressional Fellow on Capitol Hill with the U.S. House of Representatives. Cecelia resides with her family in Kensington, MD.
